摘 要:探讨在理想氨基酸模式下日粮蛋白质水平对妊娠后期母猪产仔性能、血清生化指标和粪氮排泄量的影响。选用3~7胎次、体况相似、预产期相近的60头长×大二元杂交母猪,随机分成4个处理组,日粮组蛋白(CP)水平分别为:15.0%、14.0%、13.0%和12.0%,通过添加赖氨酸、蛋氨酸、色氨酸和苏氨酸保证4个处理组饲料中可消化赖氨酸∶可消化苏氨酸∶可消化蛋氨酸∶可消化色氨酸的比值(100∶72∶27∶16)一致。每组15头母猪。试验期始于配种后80 d,终于产仔结束。结果:日粮粗蛋白质水平降低1~2个百分点,对妊娠后期母猪产仔性能无显著影响(P>0.05);13.0%CP组的初生窝重比12.0%CP组显著增加7.42%(P<0.05),低蛋白组(13.%CP组和12.0%CP组)的血清尿素氮浓度比高蛋白组(15.0%CP组和14.0%CP组)显著降低(P<0.05);13.0%CP组的血清肌酐浓度比12.0%CP组显著降低7.02%(P<0.05);13.0%CP组血清游离赖氨酸、苏氨酸、亮氨酸和总氨基酸浓度显著低于15.0%CP组(P<0.05);随着日粮蛋白质水平的降低,粪氮排泄量显著减少(P<0.05)。To investigate the effects of different protein levels in diets plus a balance of amino acids on litter performance and N excretion of sows in late-stage gestation.60 healthy crossbred pregnant sows(Large White×Landrace)with 3-7 parities and similar parturition dates were selected and randomly divided into 4 groups with different dietary protein levels:15.0%,14.0%,13.0%and 12.0%levels of dietary crude protein(the 15.0%CP group,the 14.0%CP group,the 13.0%CP group and the 12.0%CP group,respectively).The four groups had their diet supplemented with Lys,Trp,Met and Thr at the same ratio of DLys∶DTrp∶DMet∶DThr at 100∶72∶27∶16.Each group had 15 replicates and each replicate had one pregnant sow.The experiment began at the 80 th day after artificial insemination of the sows and finished after their farrowing.The results showed that there were no significant differences in the litter performance of the pregnant sows among all groups with 1%-2%reduction in dietary protein(P<0.05).The 13.0%CP group had a significantly higher first litter weight,by 7.42%(P<0.05),than the 12.0%CP group.The 13.%and 12.0%CP groups had a lower concentration of serum urea nitrogen()than the 15.0%and 14.0%CP Groups(P<0.05).The 13.0%CP group has a significantly lower concentration of serum creatinine,by 7.02%(P<0.05),than the 12.0%CP group.The 13.0%CP group also had significantly lower concentrations of lysine,threonine,leucine and total amino acids in serum that the 15.0%CP group(P<0.05).And there was a significant decrease in nitrogen excretion of the sows along with decrease in their dietary CP(P<0.05).
