摘　　要：美国分子生物学家道格拉斯·普瑞舍在绿色荧光蛋白的中前期研究中做出了巨大贡献,然而却由于种种原因最后不得不退出了学术界。文章结合对这段历史的实证分析,进而全面剖析了其中折射出的科学基金评审、科研交际网络构建等问题,由此提出解决以上问题的关键在于每个学术从业者的责任感,以及整个学术界对于真理、竞争、荣誉等科学活动规范结构的深入省察。The American molecular biologist Douglas Prasher made tremendous contribution in the development of GFP,but he had to quit the academia for a number of reasons.On the basis of that history this paper is intended to analyze the matters of science foundation,opportunities and individualities of scientists.In addition,this paper also perceives that the solution of above problems is based on the sincere reflection of truth,competition and honor,and the efforts of each scholar and the whole society as well.
