摘 要:针对传统的超宽带滤波器设计尺寸偏大和陷波深度不足的问题,提出了一种基于倒π型谐振器的双陷波超宽带滤波器。通过在超宽带滤波器两端加载宽型开路枝节在通带内形成传输零点,并在滤波器上方耦合倒π型谐振器,实现通带内的双陷波特性。选用高介电常数的基板材料大幅度缩小滤波器的整体设计尺寸,实现微型化设计。测试结果表明,该滤波器通带范围为2.9~12.0 GHz,通带内插入损耗在1 dB以内,在5.76~6.14 GHz和7.82~8.45 GHz陷波深度分别达到了-20.6 dB和-31.6 dB。测试结果和仿真结果基本一致,说明该滤波器在通带内能够有效地避免无线局域网WLAN信号(5.725~5.850 GHz)和X波段卫星信号(7.900~8.395 GHz)的干扰,为平面型陷波超宽带滤波器的设计提供了新的思路。Aiming to solve the problems of large design size and insufficient notch depth for traditional ultra-wideband filters,a double-notched ultra-wideband filter based on invertedπ-type resonator was proposed.Double-notched characteristics in the passband were achieved by loading a wide opencircuit stub at both ends of the ultra-wideband filter to form a transmission zero in the passband and coupling an invertedπ-type resonator above the filter.A high dielectric constant substrate was used to reduce the overall design size of the filter and realize the miniaturization design of double-notched ultrawideband filters.Test results show that the passband range of ultra-wideband filter is 2.9~12.0 GHz,the insertion loss in the passband is within 1 dB,and the double-notched depths reach-20.6 dB and-31.6 dB at 5.76~6.14 GHz and 7.82~8.45 GHz respectively.The measurement results are basically consistent with the simulation results,indicating that the filter can avoid the interference of the WLAN signal(5.725~5.850 GHz)and the X-band satellite signal(7.900~8.395 GHz)effectively in the passband,and providing new ideas for planar notched ultra-wideband filter.
