摘 要:针对某口径轻型无后坐炮的研制,建立了带状变燃速发射药燃烧数学模型,根据经典无后坐力炮内弹道理论,建立基于变燃速发射药的内弹道数学模型。模型计算结果与该口径无后坐力炮试验结果相吻合。基于该模型研究发射药内外层密度、内外层燃速比以及外层与总厚度比对最大膛压、炮口初速和不平衡冲量的影响。计算结果表明为了减少膛压和不降低初速,变燃速药内外层密度之比不能过大,内外层燃速比应适当取较大值,外层厚度与药片弧厚之比取较小值。A mathematical model of belt variable burning rate propellant combustion was established in response to the development of a light recoilless gun.An interior ballistic mathematical model based on variable burning rate propellant was established according to the classical interior theory of recoilless gun.The calculated results of the model coincide with the experimental results of the recoilless gun.Based on the model,a study was conducted of the effects of the density of the inner and outer layers,the burning rate ratio of the inner and outer layers and the ratio of the outer layer to the total thickness on the maximum bore pressure,the muzzle velocity and the unbalanced impulse.The calculation results show that in order to reduce bore pressure and initial velocity,the ratio of the inner and outer layer density of variable burning rate propellant should not be too large,the ratio of inner and outer layer burning rate should be appropriately larger,and the ratio of outer layer thickness to the arc thickness of the propellant should be smaller.
