摘 要:针对输弹机输弹时的机构运动问题,为获得在水平输弹条件下机构的运动特性,通过模型简化、理论公式推导和仿真分析,进行了输弹机构输弹特性的研究。基于简化模型对机构进行受力和运动分析,建立机构运动方程并利用MATLAB进行算例分析,使用ADAMS样机试验分别研究了理想输弹和计及炮弹摩擦两种状态下的炮弹运动特性和弹体质心位置偏差变化情况。结果表明,齿轮副摩擦对输弹运动有较大影响,炮弹摩擦造成输弹时间误差。In order to obtain the motion characteristics of the mechanism under the condition of horizontal ammunition ramming,the research on the ammunition ramming of the ammunition ramming mechanism was carried out through model simplification,theoretical formula derivation and simulation analysis.Based on the simplified model,the force and motion of the mechanism were analyzed,with the motion equation of the mechanism established,and with the MATLAB used for numerical example analysis.The ADAMS prototype test was used to study the movement characteristics of the projectile and the position deviation of the mass center of the projectile under the two states of ideal ammunition ramming and projectile friction.The results show that the friction of gear pair has great influence on projectile ramming,and that the time error of projectile ramming is caused by projectile friction.
