摘 要:为解决身管武器在水下发射时身管内膛进水,弹丸遇水后姿态发生变化会引起炸膛的问题,在身管前端增加了由一个长时阻水阀和一个短时隔水阀组成的阻水装置,使发射过程中,身管内膛不会进水。隔水阀以快门式开合机构为设计原型,提出了一种隔水阀快速开合曲线槽设计的方法,并对隔水阀关键零部件进行了刚体动力学仿真。结果表明,隔水阀的设计在原理上是可行的,新设计的曲线槽可使机构间接触力降低,机构运动可靠性和安全性较好。When launched underwater, the inner barrel of the barrel weapon will be filled with water, causing the change of projectile attitude and bore premature. To solve this problem of preventing water from coming into the bore in the process of firing, a water blocking device is added to the front of the barrel, which consists of two parts: long-term water-block valve and short-term water-proof valve. Ta-king shutter mechanism as the foundation for improvement, a design method of curve groove for quick opening and closing of water-proof valve is presented, with rigid body dynamics simulation of key parts of water-proof valve carried out. The results show that the design of the trap valve is feasible in principle, that the newly designed curve groove can make the contact force between the parts of the mechanism lower, and that it can enhance the reliability and safety of mechanism motion.
