摘 要:针对主战坦克自动装弹机故障频发、故障原因不易诊断的情况,结合当前基层装备修理的现实需求,在对故障树和确定性理论及两者结合的组合推理方法进行深入研究的基础上,改变以往通过专家评价设置静态强度的做法,提出基于云模型的静态强度的设置方法,并将其应用于主战坦克自动装弹机的故障诊断。同时以旋转输弹机为例,构造出旋转输弹的组合推理模型,进行验证。为自动装弹机故障诊断系统故障推理模块的实现提供方法,奠定基础。In view of frequent occurrences of faults and the difficulty in diagnosing the causes of faults of the main battle tank autoloader, in combination with the actual needs of the current grass-roots equipment repair, based on the in-depth study of the fault tree and deterministic theory and the combined reasoning method of the two, the practice of setting the static strength through expert evaluation is changed, with the static strength setting method based on cloud model proposed and applied to the fault diagnosis of the main battle tank autoloader. At the same time, with the rotating bomber taken as an example, a combined inference model of the rotating bomb was constructed and verified. It provides a method and lays a foundation for the realization of the fault inference module of the fault diagnosis system of the following autoloader fault diagnosis system.
