摘 要:维修保障资源是确保装备使用和维修的重要依托,装备维修保障资源配置的科学优化,不仅能有效解决当前维修资源配置不足及过剩同时存在的问题,而且还能缩短装备维修等待时间、减少经费消耗,大幅提高装备维修效率。通过查阅近年装备维修保障资源配置优化文献,从人力、物力、经费和信息4个方面介绍了装备维修保障资源配置优化的研究现状,总结出配置优化研究发展不平衡、优化模型难以通用和地方研究机构参与度不高的问题,认为装备维修保障资源配置将向基于事例推理、基于信息化、智能化技术和基于军民融合的方向发展。Maintenance support resources are an important support for ensuring the use and maintenance of equipment. The scientific optimization of equipment maintenance support resources allocation can not only effectively solve the problems currently exisiting in insufficient and redundant allocation of maintenance resources, but also shorten the waiting time for equipment maintenance and reduce the consumption of funds, and greatly improve the efficiency of equipment maintenance. By reviewing the literature on equipment maintenance and resource allocation optimization in recent years, this paper introduces the research status of equipment maintenance support resource allocation optimization from the four aspects of manpower, material resources, funds and information, and summarizes the problems of the imbalance of configuration optimization research and development, and difficulty in a universal optimization model and low participation of local research institutions. It is held that the allocation of equipment maintenance support resources will be developed based on case-based reasoning, information-based intelligent technology and integration based on military and civilian integration.
