摘　　要：大学生创新创业训练计划项目(简称"大创"项目)是教育部实施的高校大学生创新创业教育的重要工程,以促进高等学校转变教育思想观念,改革人才培养模式,强化创新创业能力训练,增强高校学生的创新能力和在创新基础上的创业能力,培养适应创新型国家建设需要的高水平创新人才。本文以地方X高校及其它8所同类地方高校"大创"项目实施情况为例,围绕省级和国家级"大创"项目立项数量、项目类型、指导教师职称结构、项目管理情况、经费资助情况、指导老师激励制度和绩效考核等方面进行深入分析,对这些学校的"大创"项目实施情况进行了全面调查分析与评价,找出了"大创"项目实施过程中存在的问题,并对项目的后续实施提出一些可行的对策和建议。Innovation and entrepreneurship training program for college students("Da Chuang")is an important project for college students’innovation and entrepreneurship education initiated by the Ministry of education.This project is helpful in the many aspects,including:a.promoting updating of educational ideas,b.reforming personnel training mode,c.strengthening training of innovation and entrepreneurship ability,d.enhancing innovation ability and entrepreneurship ability on the basis of innovation,and e.cultivating high-level innovative talents to meet the needs in the context of construction of an innovative country.Using the innovation and entrepreneurship training program in X local university and other 8 similar Universities as an example,this study discusses the number,the types,the title structures of the instructors,the project management,the funding support,the excitation mechanism for instructors and the project performance appraisal of the provincial and national"Da Chuang"projects,then we makes a comprehensive investigation,analysis and evaluation on the implementation of these"Da Chuang"projects,finds out the problems existing in the implementation process,and puts forward some feasible countermeasures and suggestions for the follow-up implementation of the projects.
