摘 要:气体绝缘金属封闭开关设备(GIS)发生绝缘故障时,会导致SF6气体分解产生不稳定的酸性物质,检测时这些物质相互干扰,很难准确定量。为了研究出SF6酸性分解物浓度检测方法,并探索其与局放量之间的关联,提出了将不稳定的SF6酸性分解物通过氧化转换成稳定、可准确测量的高价硫化物的检测方法,通过局放模拟试验得出4种典型放电类型下酸性分解物的质量浓度与局放累积电荷量之间的关系,并建立了神经网络诊断模型。通过试验与检测,验证了该诊断模型的可行性,可根据放电类型、酸性分解物的质量浓度大小对放电量进行估算,并给出了详细的评估方法。When gas-insulated metal-enclosed switchgear(GIS)occurs insulation fault,SF6 gas will decompose and produce unstable acidic substances.These substances would interfere with each other during detection and it is difficult to quantify accurately.In order to study a detection method for the SF6 acid decomposition product concentration and explore the relationship between SF6 acid decomposition concentration and partial discharge capacity,we proposed a detection method,which can convert the unstable SF6 acidic decomposition products into stable high valence sulfur compounds that can be accurately measured by oxidation.The relationship between the mass concentration of acidic decomposition products and the partial discharge cumulative charge capacity under four types of typical discharge was obtained by partial discharge simulation tests,and a neural network diagnosis model was established.Through the test and detection,the feasibility of the diagnosis model was verified.The discharge capacity can be estimated according to the discharge type and the mass concentration of acidic decomposition products,and a detail evaluation method was given.
