摘 要:针对高铁制动机维修难、维修成本高等问题,建立了周期性预防维修优化模型。首先,基于可靠性理论,以最低成本为目标函数,引入改善因子来描述故障率演化规则;其次,以故障率服从威布尔分布为例,并用Matlab工具进行求解,求得设备最佳预防性维修次数,以及可靠度与成本、可靠度与改善因子间的关系;最终通过算法编程得出的结果验证了该模型在实际中的有效性。Aiming at the problems of high-speed rail brake,such as difficult maintenance and high maintenance cost,an optimization model for periodic preventive maintenance was established.Based on the reliability theory,an improvement factor was introduced to describe the fault rate evolution rule with the lowest cost as an objective function.Taking the failure rate obeying Weibull distribution as an example,the optimal preventive maintenance times of equipments and the relationships between reliability and cost,reliability and improvement factors were obtained by solving the problem with the Matlab instrument.The validity of the model was verified by an example.
