摘  要:针对电网中的高压电气设备监测装置稳定性受其供电电源影响的问题,为了保证其能够长期稳定运行,研制了高稳定性激光供电发生器.激光供电发生器由主控制器单元、脉冲信号发生单元、压控恒流源单元和保护电路单元组成.采用线性深度负反馈提高激光供电发生器长期稳定性,为了进一步提升系统稳定性,对MOSFET输出特性曲线采用高精度分段拟合,构成二阶稳定系统.结果表明,最窄驱动脉冲宽度为15 ns,最大驱动脉冲幅值为10 A,长期稳定性优于3×10^-6,为高压电气设备监测装置在电网中的稳定运行提供保障.Focusing on the problem that the stability of high-voltage electrical equipment monitoring device in power grid is affected by its power supply and ensuring its long-term stable operation,a high-stability laser power supply generator was developed.This laser power supply generator consisted of main controller unit,pulse signal generating unit,voltage control unit for constant current source and protection circuit unit.The linear depth negative feedback was adopted to improve the long-term stability of laser power supply generator.In order to further improve the system stability,MOSFET output characteristic curves were fitted by high-precision piecewise method to form a second-order stable system.The results show that the narrowest driving pulse width is 15 ns,the maximum driving pulse amplitude is 10 A,and the long-term stability is better than 3×10^-6,providing guaranty for the stable operation of high-voltage electrical equipment monitoring device in the power grid.
