摘　　要：目的探讨耳鸣掩蔽和习服治疗在特发性耳鸣治疗中的效果。方法选择2017年1月~2018年12月我院耳鼻喉科收诊的120例特发性耳鸣患者作为研究对象,采取随机数字表法进行分组,每组60例。A组实施耳鸣掩蔽疗法,B组实施耳鸣习服疗法,比较两组的总有效率、耳鸣响度评分、耳鸣致残评分、纯音听阈值、心理状况评分、生活质量评分。结果治疗后6个月、12个月,B组的总有效率均显著高于A组(P<0.05)。治疗后,耳鸣响度评分、耳鸣致残评分B组均显著低于A组(P<0.05)。治疗后,焦虑、抑郁评分B组均显著低于A组,生活质量评分显著高于A组(P<0.05)。结论习服治疗用于特发性耳鸣患者治疗中的疗效优于掩蔽治疗,习服治疗可更加有效地减轻耳鸣程度,有利于改善患者心理状况,提升生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of tinnitus masking and conventional treatment in subjective tinnitus treatment.Methods 120 patients with subjective tinnitus admitted to otolaryngology department of our hospital were selected as research objects,and were divided into groups by random number table method with 60 cases in each group from January 2017 to December 2018.Group A received tinnitus masking therapy and group B received tinnitus acclimatization therapy.The total effective rate,tinnitus loudness score,tinnitus disability score,pure tone hearing threshold,psychological status score and quality of life score of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of group B was higher than that of group A at 6 and 12 months after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,tinnitus loudness score and tinnitus disability score in group B were lower than those in group A,and anxiety and depression scores in group B were lower than those in group A,and quality of life scores in group B was higher than that in group A(P<0.05).Conclusion Habitual therapy is better than masking therapy in the treatment of subjective tinnitus patients.Habitual therapy can more effectively reduce tinnitus degree,and is helpful to improving patients'psychological status and quality of life.
