论我国医疗纠纷的诉调衔接

摘　　要：近年来,伴随着医疗产业的快速发展,患者权利意识的提高,我国医疗纠纷案件数量大幅度上涨,导致如何解决此类纠纷案件成为社会关注的重点问题之一。针对目前解决医疗纠纷的诉讼和调解方式,探讨如何在现有的基础上使得诉讼和调解形成有效衔接,为医疗纠纷的解决提供更高效、便利的选择,缓解紧张的医患关系,防止在纠纷过程中矛盾进一步激化,引发暴力伤医事件。In recent years,with the rapid development of medical industry and the improvement of patients'awareness of rights,the number of medical dispute cases in China has increased significantly.This leads to how to solve the medical disputes in our country has become one of the key issues of social concern.Aiming at the current ways of litigation and mediation to solve medical disputes,this paper discussed how to make the effective connection between litigation and mediation on the existing basis,so as to provide a more efficient and convenient choice for the medical disputes between doctors and patients,relieve the tense relationship between doctors and patients,prevent further intensification of conflicts in the process of disputes,and cause violent medical incidents.
