摘　　要：通过对一起社会抚养费征收典型案例进行剖析,介绍办案经验和做法,为执法人员查办类似案件提供参考,以便在政策预期不明朗的当前形势下,做好社会抚养费工作,避免失职行为的发生。By analyzing a typical case of imposing the social maintenance fee,this paper introduced and shared the experience and practice,to supply the reference for law-executor to handle the kind of cases,in order to do a good work of social maintenance fee to avert the breach of duty,in the situation of not lucidity prospective policy.
