摘 要:目的探讨速度成像技术(VVI)在妊娠期糖尿病孕妇早期左室心功能受损中的应用价值。方法选择2019年1月至2019年12月在我院确诊为妊娠期糖尿病孕妇45例作为观察组,同时选择健康妊娠孕妇45例作为对照组。常规测量LVDd、LVDs、FS、EF,用VVI测量左室短轴基底段、中间段、心尖段心肌Vs、Vd、Ss、SRs、SRd。结果两组的LVDd、LVDs、FS、LVEF四个参数差异无统计学意义,且两组的EF均>50%;观察组左室短轴基底段、中间段、心尖段心肌的Vs、Vd、Ss、SRs、SRd较对照组均减低,差异有统计学意义;两组的Vs、Vd均由基底段向心尖段递减,组间差异有统计学意义;两组的Ss、SRs、SRd在基底段、中间段、心尖段之间差异无统计学意义。结论VVI能更早期敏感地检测出妊娠期糖尿病孕妇左室心功能损伤,可为临床早期干预和治疗提供指标。Objective To investigate the value of velocity imaging(VVI)in early left ventricular dysfunction in pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods Forty-five pregnant women with gestational diabetes diagnosed in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the observation group,and 45 healthy pregnant women were selected as the control group.LVDd,LVDs,FS,EF were measured conventionally.VVI was used to measure the basal segment,middle segment and apical segment of the left ventricle Vs,Vd,Ss,SRs and SRd.Results There was no significant difference in LVDd,LVDs,FS and LVEF between the two groups,and the EF of both groups was>50%.Vs,Vd,Ss,SRs and SRd in the basal segment,middle segment and apex segment of the left ventricle in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant.Vs and Vd in both groups decreased from the basal segment to the apex segment,and the difference between groups was statistically significant.The difference of Ss,SRs and SRd in basal segment,middle segment and apex segment between the two groups was not statistically significant.Conclusion VVI can more sensitively detect the damage of left ventricular cardiac function in pregnant women with gestational diabetes at an early stage,which can provide indicators for early clinical intervention and treatment.
