摘  要:目的:评价分析大型公立医院一院多区管理的难点问题,完善管理模式。方法:选取苏州大学附属第二医院为例,评价分析管理模式、医疗同质化、资源配置、绩效考核等方面内容。结果:医院管理模式仍需完善,分院区依赖性太强;分院区医疗同质化管理的内涵问题较多;分院区科室设置不合理,院区间转运机制不健全;一院多区模式下绩效考核体系有待完善。结论:优化管理模式,提升医院整体运行效率;医疗质量同质化管理,提升医院整体医疗水平;合理配置医院医疗资源,建立健全院区间转运机制;完善绩效考核方案,充分调动医务人员积极主动性。Objective:To evaluate and analyzethe difficulties of Multidistrict Management in Large Public Hospitals,and improve management model.Methods:Take the Second Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University as an example,evaluate and analyze the management model,medical homogeneity,resource allocation,performance appraisal and other aspects.Results:The hospital management model still needs to be improved,and the branch area is too dependent.There are many connotation problems in the homogeneous management of medical care in the branch area.Unreasonable setting of departments in the branch area.The transfer mechanism between hospitals is not perfect.The performance appraisal system under the model of one hospital and multiple districts needs to be improved.Conclusion:Optimize the management model to improve the overall operating efficiency of the hospital.Homogeneous management of medical quality improves the overall medical level of the hospital.Reasonably allocate hospital medical resources,establish and improve the transfer mechanism between Multidistrict hospitals.Improve the performance appraisal program and fully mobilize the initiative of medical staff.
