摘　　要：分析并总结民办高校大学生教育管理中存在的问题,运用“双因素理论”,对民办高校如何成功开展大学生教育管理提出思路和措施。With an analysisand summary of the problems existing in the education management of college students in private colleges and universities,this paper proposes ideas and measures on how to successfully carry out the education management of college students in private colleges and universities based on the application of the"two-factor theory".
