摘　　要：随着大学不断扩招,我国高校毕业生逐年增加,大学生面临的就业问题逐渐增多。加之受到父母、社会以及个人等多重因素和压力的影响,部分高校毕业生的社交圈里充斥着各种就业问题和就业困惑。他们焦虑不安,急切需要辅导员老师专业的就业指导以及相关的就业服务,帮助他们科学分析就业困惑、解决问题,进而找到理想的工作。该文从辅导员实际工作案例入手,通过案例概括、案例研判、解决方案、经验启示四部分内容进行阐述和分析,消除就业困惑,实现精准化帮扶,探讨就业指导新路径。With the continuous expansion of university enrollment,the number of college graduates in our country has increased year by year,and the employment problem faced by college students has also shown an intensifying trend.Coupled with the influence of multiple factors and pressure from parents,society or individuals,some college graduates'social circles are filled with various employment problems and employment confusions.They are often at a disadvantage in the competition,so they urgently need professional employment guidance from counselors and teachers who will help them scientifically analyze their confusions in employment,help them solve problemsand then find an ideal job.Starting with an actual case of a counselor's work,this paper conducts an analysis in terms of the case summary,case study,solution,and experience,in order to solve the respondent's confusion in employment,thereby realizingtargeted assistance,and exploring new ways of employment guidance.
