摘 要:随着城市化的发展,公众对于公共事业管理的要求也越来越高,公共事业部门对公共事业管理专业的人才的素质和职业能力的要求也越来越严格。所以培养出什么样的公共事业管理人才、怎样才算是高水平的公共事业管理人才、如何培养出高素质的公共事业管理人才,已经成为各大高校亟待解决的问题。虽然我国高校公共管理专业开办高校多、招生规模大,然而各高校培养目标不清晰,课程体系不健全,由此导致就业出口不畅通。这些问题的解决情况,将直接影响到专业的可持续发展与社会需求。With the development of urbanization,the public has higher and higher requirements for public service management,and the requirements of public service departments on the quality and professional ability of public service management professionals are becoming more and more stringent.Therefore,what kind of public service management talents should be cultivated,how they can be regarded as high-level public service management talents,and how to train high-quality public service management talents,have become urgent problems colleges and universities should consider.In China,many colleges and universities have offered the public service management major and the enrollment scale is large,but the training goals are not clear,and the curriculum system is not perfect,leading to graduates'difficult employment.Whether the problems are solved will exert a direct influence on the sustainable development of the major as well as social needs.
