摘  要:以经典的甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)本体聚合的MMA预聚体为原料,采取间歇式本体聚合方式,在MMA预聚体中加入交联剂、增塑剂、引发剂、阻聚剂等,用于假肢接受腔的成型制作。满足常温状态下假肢接受腔的制作成型,降低成型过程中自动加速现象所导致的气泡的产生,满足假肢接受腔的强度及可塑性,同时保证MMA预聚体的长时间存放。In this paper,the classic MMA prepolymer was used as the raw material,and the method of intermittent bulk polymerization was adopted.Crosslinking agent,plasticizer,initiator and polymerization inhibitor were added into the MMA prepolymer,which was used for the molding of prosthetic socket.It can meet the requirements of the manufacture and molding of the prosthetic socket at room temperature,reduce the generation of bubbles caused by the phenomenon of automatic acceleration during the molding process,meet the requirements of the strength and plasticity of the prosthetic socket,and ensure the long-term storage of MMA prepolymer.
