Objective To investigate the effect of diabetic patients with or without sodium, potassium, magnesium, calcium and glucose injection. Methods A retrospective analysis of 88 diabetic patients admitted to the hospital from May 2017 to July 2019,44 patients in the study group used sodium potassium magnesium magnesium calcium glucose injection, and 44 patients in the reference group used Sodium Lactate Ringer's Injection,to compare the two groups of patients of fasting blood glucose levels, and electrolytes at different infusion times. Results At t2-t5,the fasting blood glucose level of the two groups was higher than that before surgery, and the blood glucose level of the study group was higher than that of the reference group. The blood ketone levels in the reference group were statistically significant difference(P<0.05);there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups of electrolytes(P>0.05).Conclusion Although 500 mL of sodium, potassium, magnesium, calcium and glucose infusion during surgery can inhibit the production of ketone bodies in diabetic patients,it will increase the blood glucose level of patients.
