摘　　要：目的研究持续皮下注射胰岛素治疗在糖尿病合并甲亢患者的治疗当中的应用效果以及应用价值。方法选取该院接收的100例糖尿病合并甲亢患者,该次实验研究的时间范围为2018年8月—2019年8月,采用抽签分组法将其分为持续治疗组与常规治疗组,持续治疗组患者采用持续皮下注射胰岛素治疗方法来进行治疗,常规治疗组患者则给予常规的治疗方法进行治疗,将两组患者的血糖情况并发症发生率、治疗满意度进行比较。结果①持续治疗组患者的治疗满意度明显高于常规治疗组,两组之间的差异有统计学意义(χ2=20.250,P=0.000)。②持续治疗组患者的并发症发生概率明显低于常规治疗组患者,两组之间的差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.274,P=0.004)。结论持续皮下注射胰岛素治疗在对糖尿病合并甲亢患者的治疗工作当中效果良好,提高患者的治疗满意度。Objective To study the effect and value of continuous subcutaneous insulin injection in the treatment of patients with diabetes and hyperthyroidism.Methods 100 patients with diabetes and hyperthyroidism received in the hospital were selected.The time range of this experimental study was from August 2018 to August 2019.They were divided into continuous treatment group and conventional treatment by lot drawing,patients in the continuous treatment group were treated with continuous subcutaneous insulin injection,and patients in the conventional treatment group were treated with conventional treatment methods.The probability of blood glucose complications and treatment satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results 1.The treatment satisfaction of the patients in the continuous treatment group was significantly higher than that in the conventional treatment group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ2=20.250,P=0.000).2.The probability of complications in the continuous treatment group was significantly lower than that in the conventional treatment group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ2=8.274,P=0.004).Conclusion Continuous subcutaneous insulin therapy has a good effect in the treatment of patients with diabetes and hyperthyroidism,and improves the satisfaction of patients.
