浅析中医治疗糖尿病胃肠功能紊乱临床效果

摘　　要：目的分析中医治疗糖尿病胃肠功能紊乱的临床效果。方法于2017年1月—2018年12月选取80例患者随机分组,对照组常规给予西药莫沙必利治疗,观察组联合给予中医辨证治疗。结果观察组治疗后厌食(0.5±0.1)分、腹胀(0.4±0.1)分、腹泻(0.4±0.2)分、便秘(0.2±0.1)分、有效率95.0%、复发率2.5%。对照组治疗后厌食(1.9±0.3)分、腹胀(2.0±0.4)分、腹泻(1.9±0.3)分、便秘(1.3±0.3)分、有效率72.5%、复发率25.0%。两组数据对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应占5.0%,对照组不良反应占10.0%。两组数据对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在给予西药的同时,根据患者的中医证型给予中药治疗糖尿病胃肠功能紊乱,有助于减轻厌食、腹胀以及腹泻等症状,提高有效率,预防复发,且不良反应少。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine on diabetic gastrointestinal dysfunction.Methods 80 patients were randomly divided into two groups from Jan 2017 to Dec 2018,the control group was routinely treated with western medicine mosapride,and the observation group was given Chinese medicine dialectical tratment.Results After treatment,the observation group received anorexia(0.5±0.1)points,abdominal distension(0.4±0.1)points,diarrhea(0.4±0.2)points,constipation(0.2±0.1)points,effective rate of 95.0%,and recurrence rate of 2.5%.After treatment,the control group received anorexia(1.9±0.3)points,abdominal distension(2.0±0.4)points,diarrhea(1.9±0.3)points,constipation(1.3±0.3)points,effective rate of 72.5%,and recurrence rate of 25.0%.The difference between the two groups of data is statistically significant(P<0.05).Adverse reactions accounted for 5.0%in the observation group and 10.0%in the control group.There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups of data(P>0.05).Conclusion While giving western medicine,according to the patient's TCM syndrome,giving Chinese medicine to treat diabetic gastrointestinal dysfunction can help reduce symptoms such as anorexia,abdominal distension,and diarrhea,improve efficiency,prevent relapse,and have fewer adverse reactions.
