护理干预在糖尿病并发消化性溃疡患者治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨护理干预在糖尿病并发消化性溃疡患者治疗中的应用,为临床治疗提供科学理论依据。方法选取该院2018年1月—2019年4月在该院治疗的128例糖尿病并发消化性溃疡患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组64例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上采用进行护理干预,观察两组患者的消化性溃疡的治疗效果、血糖值的控制情况及不良反应发生率等情况。结果经不同护理后,观察组护理满意度100.00%,对照组为78.12%,经统计学分析,差异有统计学意义(χ2=15.719,P<0.05)。结论护理干预不仅可以有效地控制糖尿病患者的血糖值,减轻消化道溃疡的痛苦,还可以提高患者对护理的满意度,改善患者生活质量和医患关系。Objective To explore the application of nursing intervention in the treatment of patients with diabetes complicated with peptic ulcer,and to provide a scientific theoretical basis for clinical treatment.Methods 128 patients with diabetes complicated with peptic ulcer treated in the hospital from January 2018 to April 2019 were selected as the research object,and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,64 cases in each group.The control group adopted routine nursing,and the observation group adopted nursing intervention on the basis of the control group to observe the treatment effect of peptic ulcer,the control of blood glucose level and the incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups of patients.Results After different nursing,the observation group's nursing satisfaction was 100%,and the control group was 78.12%.After statistical analysis,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=15.719,P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention can not only effectively control the blood sugar level of diabetic patients,reduce the pain of gastrointestinal ulcers,but also improve the satisfaction of patients with nursing,improve the quality of life of patients and the relationship between doctors and patients.
