摘　　要：目的探讨早期护理干预对糖尿病母亲新生儿的应用效果。方法纳入2018年2月—2019年3月该院接收的糖尿病母亲新生儿80例,将其依照单双号分组法分为研究组40例与参照组40例。参照组实施常规护理,研究组将在其护理干预应用其中,比较两组新生儿出生后血糖水平及并发症发生率。结果研究组新生儿100.0%血糖水平为正常值,参照组77.5%为正常值,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组新生儿并发症总发生率为2.5%显著低于参照组22.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病母亲新生儿实施早期护理干预,可有效改善新生儿血糖水平,同时,降低并发症发生率,具有较高临床应用价值。Objective To explore the effect of early nursing intervention on neonates with diabetic mothers.Methods Eighty neonates of diabetic mothers received from the hospital from February 2018 to March 2019 were included and divided into 40 cases in the study group and 40 cases in the reference group according to the single and double number grouping method.The reference group implemented routine care,and the research group will use it in their nursing interventions to compare the postnatal blood glucose levels and the incidence of complications between the two groups.Results The 100%blood glucose level of the neonates in the study group was normal,77.5%in the reference group was normal,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of neonatal complications in the study group was 2.5%,which was significantly lower than that in the reference group,22.5%.there difference was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing early nursing intervention on neonates of diabetic mothers can effectively improve the blood glucose level of neonates,and at the same time,reduce the incidence of complications,which has high clinical application value.
