摘 要:目的探究健康教育与护理干预对糖尿病患者健康状态的影响情况。方法选择2017年3月—2019年3月来该院接受疾病治疗的84例2型糖尿病患者为研究对象。将其分为两组,每组42例。对照组受试者入院之后接受常规化护理干预模式。以此为基础,观察组受试者接受针对性护理干预联合健康宣教,分析结果。结果对照组受试者护理满意度为88.10%,观察组为97.62%。两组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,相较于对照组,观察组受试者空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、TG以及TC指标改善情况明显更好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于2型糖尿病患者来讲,在其接受治疗过程中运用针对性护理联合健康教育,有助于稳定患者血糖、血脂,提升护理满意率,降低并发症发生概率,安全性强、有效性高。Objective To explore the effect of health education and nursing intervention on the health status of diabetic patients.Methods Select 84 patients with type 2 diabetes who came to the hospital from March 2017 to March 2019 for disease treatment,the patients were divided into 2 groups,42 cases in each group.The subjects in the control group received a routine nursing intervention model after admission.Based on this,the observation group subjects received targeted nursing intervention combined with health education and analysis of the results.Results The nursing satisfaction of the control group was 88.10%,and the observation group was 97.62%.Compared with the two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,compared with the control group,the improvement of fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,TG and TC indexes in the observation group was significantly better,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with type 2 diabetes,the use of targeted nursing combined with health education in the course of their treatment can help stabilize patients'blood glucose and blood lipids and improve the satisfaction rate of nursing,reduce the probability of complications.It has strong safety and high effectiveness.
