糖尿病并发高血压护理中实施人性化服务的方式及价值分析

摘　　要：目的了解糖尿病并发高血压护理中实施人性化服务的方式及价值。方法选择该院2016年10月—2019年6月收治的100例糖尿病并发高血压患者作为该次课题研究的观察对象,并随机分两组,常规护理组(n=50)予以常规护理,人性化服务组(n=50)予以人性化服务,观察两组的护理实施情况,并评估效果。结果与常规护理组相比,人性化服务组患者的遵医采纳健康饮食方案的比例、遵医坚持运动锻炼的比例、遵医服用药物的比例明显提高,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。入院时,两组接受空腹血糖指标、餐后2 h血糖指标、收缩血压和舒张血压评估,空腹血糖指标、餐后2 h血糖指标、收缩血压和舒张血压差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);出院时,人性化服务组的空腹血糖指标、餐后2 h血糖指标、收缩血压和舒张血压较常规护理组均显著降低,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将人性化服务理念引入糖尿病并发高血压患者的护理中,可提高患者的遵医率,改善其空腹血糖指标、餐后2 h血糖指标、收缩血压和舒张血压。Objective To understand the way and value of implementing humanized services in the care of diabetes complicated with hypertension.Methods 100 patients with diabetes complicated with hypertension admitted in the hospital from October 2016 to June 2019 were selected as the observation objects of this research,and they were randomly divided into 2 groups.The routine care group(n=50)was given routine care,humanized service group(n=50)was provided with humanized services,observing the nursing implementation of the two groups,and evaluating the effect.Results Compared with the conventional care group,the proportion of patients in the humanized service group who adopted a healthy diet plan,the proportion of adherence to exercise and the proportion of medication taken by the doctor increased significantly,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At admission,the two groups received fasting blood glucose index,two-hour postprandial blood glucose index,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure assessment,fasting blood glucose index,two-hour postprandial blood glucose index,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure were not statistically significant(P>0.05);At the time of discharge,the fasting blood glucose index,two-hour postprandial blood glucose index,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the humanized service group were significantly lower than those of the conventional care group,the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Introducing the concept of humanized service into the care of patients with diabetes complicated with hypertension can improve the patient's compliance rate,improve their fasting blood glucose index,two-hour postprandial blood glucose index,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure.
