定期门诊护理干预对2型糖尿病患者血糖的影响分析

摘　　要：目的探讨定期门诊护理干预对2型糖尿病患者血糖的影响。方法随机抽取70例2型糖尿病患者,按照随机数表法,分为观察组、对照组,每组35例,时间范围在2017年6月—2018年6月。观察组实施定期门诊护理干预,对照组实施常规护理干预,对比护理效果。结果干预前两组血糖情况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后观察组血糖各指标均低于对照组(P<0.05);干预前两组自我效能评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后观察组自我效能各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论定期门诊护理干预对2型糖尿病患者血糖的影响显著,可有效改善患者血糖水平,提升自我效能评分,值得推广。Objective To explore the effect of regular outpatient nursing intervention on blood glucose in patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods Seventy patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly selected and divided into an observation group and a control group according to the random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The time range was from June 2017 to June 2018.The observation group implemented regular outpatient nursing intervention,and the control group implemented routine nursing intervention to compare the effects of nursing.Results The blood glucose levels of the two groups before intervention were meaningless(P>0.05);the blood glucose indexes of the observation group after intervention were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the self-efficacy score of the two groups before intervention was meaningless(P>0.05);After intervention,the self-efficacy scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Regular outpatient nursing intervention has a significant effect on blood glucose in patients with type 2 diabetes,which can effectively improve the blood glucose level of patients and improve self-efficacy score,which is worthy of promotion.
