前列地尔治疗老年糖尿病周围神经病变的应用及效果探析

摘　　要：目的探讨前列地尔治疗老年糖尿病周围神经病变的应用及效果。方法选择该院2018年1月—2019年1月收治的100例老年糖尿病周围神经病变的患者作为该次研究入组对象,根据随机数字表随机分为前列地尔治疗组和甲钴胺治疗组,每组50例。其中甲钴胺治疗组采用甲钴胺治疗,前列地尔治疗组在甲钴胺治疗组的基础上加用前列地尔治疗,对比两组的治疗果。结果前列地尔治疗组94.00%疗效优于甲钴胺治疗组72.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后感觉神经传导速度、运动神经传导速度、神经病变自觉症状问卷评分均优于治疗前,且前列地尔治疗组感觉神经传导速度、运动神经传导速度、神经病变自觉症状问卷评分优于甲钴胺治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年糖尿病周围神经病变患者采用前列地尔联合甲钴胺治疗的疗效显著,血清学神经功能指标改善,对于老年糖尿病周围神经病变患者功能恢复具有重要意义,值得临床推广使用。Objective To explore the application and effect of alprostadil in the treatment of elderly diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods A total of 100 elderly patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy admitted in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the subjects of this study.They were randomly divided into the alprostadil treatment group and the mecobalamin treatment group according to the random number table,50 cases in each group.Among them,the mecobalamin treatment group was treated with mecobalamin,and the alprostadil treatment group was added with alprostadil treatment on the basis of the mecobalamin treatment group,and the treatment results of the two groups were compared.Results The efficacy of 94.00%of alprostadil treatment group was better than that of methylcobalamin treatment group of 72.00%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the sensory nerve conduction velocity,motor nerve conduction velocity,and neuropathy symptom symptom questionnaire score were better than before treatment,and the sensory nerve conduction velocity,motor nerve conduction velocity,and neuropathy symptom symptom questionnaire score of the alprostadil treatment group were superior In the methylcobalamin treatment group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic effect of alprostadil combined with mecobalamin in elderly patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy is significant,and the improvement of serological neurological indicators is of great significance for the functional recovery of elderly patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
