摘　　要：原油质量是石油企业的生命,原油化验工作是一项日常而重要的工作,随之也产生了大量的试验污油及废油,通常的做法是经过储存进行统一回收处理,但费用高,在存储及运输过程中还存在极大的风险隐患,文中对化验岗污油缸进行改造,实验后的污油和废油用污油缸回收。解决了污油存储难度大、污染环境、浪费和减轻员工劳动强度等问题,此次改造的成功对油田生产各个环节所产生的污油进行回收处理具有借鉴意义。The quality of crude oil is the lifeblood of petroleum enterprise.The test of crude oil is a very important daily work,which produces a large number of sump oil and waste oil.Usually,they are stored,recycled and disposed uniformly.However,the procedure costs high and easily produces extreme risk and potential danger in the storage and transportation process.The paper describes the modification of the sump oil vat,the recovery of the sump oil and waste oil after the test.It solves the problems such as the storage difficulty,the environment pollution,the waste and reduction of the labor intensity.The success of the modification has a referential significance for the recovery processing of the sump oil in each procedure of the oil production.
