自制中药贴剂治疗静脉炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨自制中药贴剂治疗静脉炎的临床疗效。方法选取2018年6月—2019年12月于我院接受胺碘酮静脉注射治疗发生静脉炎患者60例,按随机数字表法分为2组,各30例。对照组给予硫酸镁湿敷治疗,观察组采用自制中药贴剂治疗,对比2组总有效率及症状改善时间。结果相比于对照组,观察组总有效率更高,症状消失时间更短,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用白鲜皮、土豆粉、甘油自制中药贴剂治疗胺碘酮所致静脉炎安全可靠,可促进静脉弹性恢复,且具有操作简单等优势,值得推广。Objective To explore the clinical effect of self-made Chinese medicine patch on phlebitis.Methods 60 patients with phlebitis who received intravenous amiodarone treatment in our hospital from June 2018 to December 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with magnesium sulfate wet compress,and the observation group was treated with homemade Chinese medicine patch.The total effective rate and symptom improvement time of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher(P<0.05).The disappearance time of symptoms in the observation group were shorter than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion It is safe and reliable to treat phlebitis caused by amiodarone by using cortex dictamni,potato powder,and glycerin homemade Chinese medicine patch.It can promote the recovery of venous elasticity,and it has the advantages of simple operation and is worth promoting.
