摘  要:为优化纵条纹炭角菌中环肽Xylastriamide A的固体培养和液体培养条件,采用高效液相色谱法,测定分析固体培养培养料不同棉籽壳与麦麸比例配方,及液体培养不同碳源、氮源和培养时间的环肽Xylastriamide A含量差异。结果:固体培养,以培养料中的棉籽壳/麦麸比为70/30时,子实体的环肽Xylastriamide A含量较高,达578.20μg/g;液体培养,最佳碳源和最佳氮源分别为麦芽糖和酵母浸出粉,培养14天得到的菌丝球环肽Xylastriamide A含量分别达到9.77μg/g和19.95μg/g。The content of cyclopeptide Xylastriamide A in Xylaria striata was increased by optimizing the culture conditions.Determination of cyclopeptide Xylastriamide A in Xylaria striata by HPLC.The solid culture materials were optimized,and the content of cyclopeptide Xylastriamide A in different ratios of cottonseed hull and wheat bran of culture medium formulas were compared;and the liquid culture which was based on the basic medium was to compare the content of cyclopeptide Xylastriamide A in different carbon sources,nitrogen sources and culture time.The results showed that when the ratio of cottonseed hull to wheat bran was 70∶30 in culture medium formula,the content of cyclopeptide Xylastriamide A in fruiting body was as high as 578.20μg/g.In liquid culture,The best carbon source and nitrogen source were maltose and yeast powder,the Xylastriamide A content of mycelium after 14 days of culture was 9.77μg/g and 19.95μg/g,respectively.
