铁皮石斛有效成分及药理作用的研究

摘　　要：在民间,铁皮石斛一直被视为珍贵的中草药和保健食品,享有“药中黄金”之美誉。其主要的有效成分为多糖、菲类、联苄、精油、生物碱和其它化合物。现代多项研究表明,铁皮石斛具有护肝、抗肿瘤、降血糖、胃溃疡保护和增强人体机体免疫力等功效。文章主要对铁皮石斛的有效成分及其药理作用的研究进展进行综述。Dendrobium officinale has always been regarded as a precious Chinese herbal medicine and health food,enjoying the reputation of"gold in medicine".Its main active components are polysaccharide,phenanthrene,dibenzyl,essential oil,alkaloid and other compounds.Many modern studies have shown that Dendrobium officinale has the functions of protecting liver,anti-tumor,lowering blood sugar,protecting gastric ulcer and enhancing immunity of human body.In this paper,the author mainly reviewed the research progress of active components and pharmacological effects of Dendrobium officinale.
