摘 要:为揭示大型竹种实生苗生长发育规律,从中筛选出优良无性系,以1~2年生毛竹实生苗为研究对象,测量13个地上和地下生长发育的形态指标,利用MATLAB软件中多项数学函数对其生物量进行模型拟合,分析毛竹实生苗生物量因子之间的相互关系。结果表明,毛竹1~2年生实生苗多个构件生长量随时间的关系符合Logistic模型;毛竹实生苗地径相同时,茎秆干重与其高度成正比,有线性关系且关系显著;毛竹实生苗地上干重与地下干重的比值呈现先下降后上升再下降的趋势。To reveal growth law and select excellent clones of typical large-scale bamboo species,Phyllostachys edulis,a total of 13 morphological indicators of above-ground and under-ground growth and development were determined in 1-2 years old seedlings.The biomass of morphological indicators was fitted by polynomial functions of MATLAB software.The relationship among various biomass factors of P.edulis seedlings was analyzed.The results showed that the increase of module biomass of P.edulis seedlings follows Logistic model during growth process.It displayed a significant linear relationship between dry weight and plant height in 1-2 years old seedlings with same ground diameter.The ratio of dry weight between above-ground part and under-ground part tends to decline at the beginning,then rise,and fall.
