摘  要:采用液体悬浮培养的方法对文山兜兰种子进行萌发培养,以花宝1号(1g/L)+C(0.5g/L)+椰子粉(10g/L)+琼脂(8g/L)+蔗糖(20g/L)+6-BA(1.0mg/L)+NAA(2.0mg/L)和花宝1号(1g/L)+C(0.5g/L)+椰子粉(10g/L)+琼脂(8g/L)+蔗糖(20g/L)+6-BA(2.0mg/L)+NAA(1.0mg/L)分别作为壮苗和生根培养基对文山兜兰幼苗进行培养。结果表明,采用液体悬浮培养的方式,文山兜兰种子萌发的时间为(59±2.67)d,平均萌发率为(66.33±6.22)%。采用该壮苗和生根培养基,文山兜兰幼苗生长健壮,并且根系发达、粗壮,成活率高。通过炼苗方法操作,在水苔基质中,移栽后的幼苗成活率高达90%以上。The seed culture of Paphiopedilum wenshanense was germinated by liquid suspension culture,with Huabao No.1(1 g/L)+C(0.5 g/L)+coconut powder(10 g/L)+8 g/L agar+20 g/L sucrose+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 2.0 mg/L and Huabao 1(1 g/L)+C(0.5 g/L)+coconut powder(10 g/L)+8 g/L agar+20 g/L sucrose+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+NAA 1.0 mg/L as a strong seedling and rooting medium for the cultivation of P.wenshanense seedlings.The results showed that the using of liquid suspension culture,the germination time of P.wenshanense was(59±2.67)d,and the average germination rate was(66.33±6.22)%.Using the strong seedling and rooting medium,the seedlings of P.wenshanense grow robustly,and the roots were developed,thick,and had a high survival rate.Through the operation of the seedling method,the survival rate of the seedlings after transplanting was as high as 90%or more in the moss substrate.
