摘 要:为探讨冷蒿及其根际土浸提液对紫花苜蓿的影响,采用5个浓度(0、0.25、0.50、0.75与1.00mg/mL)的冷蒿及其根际土的浸提液对5种紫花苜蓿品种(金皇后、中苜一号、阿尔冈金、新疆大叶、甘农3号)的种子进行处理,通过测定各处理的种子发芽率、发芽势、逆境生理指标的丙二醛以及过氧化物酶,并以化感指数来评价冷蒿及其根际土的浸提液对5种紫花苜蓿品种种子萌发幼苗生长的影响。结果显示:冷蒿及其根际土的浸提液对5种紫花苜蓿品种的发芽率、发芽势都有抑制作用,且随着浸提液浓度升高,其抑制作用也在加强,在浸提液浓度达到1mg/mL时,5个紫花苜蓿品种发芽率下降程度由大到小依次为新疆大叶(21%)>金皇后(20%)=甘农3号(20%)>中苜一号(18%)>阿尔冈金(15%)。5种紫花苜蓿品种中MDA含量随着浸提液浓度的增加而降低,而POD活性并没有随着浸提液浓度的升高而产生显著性变化。冷蒿及其根际土的浸提液对5个紫花苜蓿品种都有化感作用。从综合发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、化感指数来看,阿尔冈金对冷蒿及其根际土的浸提液其耐受程度是最好的。The effects of Artemisia frigida and its rhizosphere soil extract on 5 alfalfa seeds were investigated in order to provide theoretical basis for breeding and planting Medicago sativa in grassland area with Artemisia frigida as dominant community.Five different concentrations of Artemisia frigida and its rhizosphere soil extract(0 mg/mL,0.25 mg/mL,0.5 mg/mL,0.75 mg/mL,1 mg/ml)were used to treat the seeds of 5 alfalfa(Golden Empress,Zhongmu No.1,Algangjin,Xinjiang Big Leaf,Gannong No.3).The germination percentage,germination potential,MDA and POD of stress physiological indexes were measured by germination rate,germination potential,MDA and POD of stress physiological indexes.The effects of Artemisia frigida and its rhizosphere soil extract on 5 alfalfa seeds were evaluated by allelopathy index.The results showed that the extract of Artemisia frigwort and its rhizosphere soil had an inhibitory effect on the germination rate and the germination potential of the five kinds of 5 alfalfa seeds,and the inhibition effect was also enhanced with the increase of the concentration of the extract.When the concentration of the extract reached 1 mg/ml,the germination rate of 5 alfalfa seeds decreased respectively in Xinjiang Big Leaf(21%)>Golden Empress(20%),Gangnong No.3(20%)>Zhongmu No.1(18%)>Algangjin(15%).The content of MDA in the 5 alfalfa seeds cultivars decreased with the increase of the concentration of the extract.The POD activity did not change significantly with the increase in the concentration of the extract.Artemisia frigida and its rhizosphere soil extract had allelopathic effects on 5 alfalfa seeds.The tolerance of Algangjin to Artemisia frigida and its rhizosphere soil extract was the best in terms of germination percentage,germination potential,germination index and allelopathy index.
