公安机关对网络虚拟社会的治理研究

摘　　要：当前,我们对网络虚拟社会的管理水平还处于初级阶段,还不能很好地适应虚拟社会的发展需要。公安机关对网络虚拟社会的管理虽然取得了一定的成效,但还没有形成系统性、科学性的管理模式。在调研公安机关现有管理模式和方法的基础上,从网络技术、行业自律和网络管理等方面分析当前网络虚拟社会管理存在的问题及成因,从健全治理体系、加强网监力度、强化舆情危机处置策略等多维度,探讨加强网络虚拟社会管理的方法和路径。The present management of the network virtual society is still in the primary stage,and can not adapt to the development needs of the virtual society.The public security organs have made some achievements in the management of network virtual society,but have not yet formed a systematic and scientific management mode.On the basis of investigating the existing management modes and methods of the public security organs,an analysis is conducted on the problems and causes of the current network virtual society management from the aspects of network technology,industry self-discipline and network management.From the dimensions of perfecting the governance system,strengthening the network supervision and the public opinion crisis management strategy,a discussion is carried out on the methods and approaches of strengthening the network virtual society management.
