摘　　要：人工耳蜗植入(CI)能帮助重度、极重度感音神经性聋患者重获听觉。如今接受CI手术的老年患者越来越多,行双侧植入者也较以往增多。但人工耳蜗植入术可能使患者前庭功能发生改变,甚至引起眩晕、身体平衡障碍等前庭症状,对患者生活质量产生负面影响。因此,研究人工耳蜗植入术后前庭功能的变化显得尤为重要。人工耳蜗植入术后前庭功能发生了什么变化,其原因、机制如何,有哪些影响因素,如何在术前评估前庭功能受损的发生几率,以及预防、治疗CI后的前庭功能受损,都是目前需要深入探讨的问题,本文就近年的研究进展作一综述。Cochlear implantation contributes to the hearing rehabilitation of patients with profound hearing loss.Now there are more and more elderly CI candidates and bilateral patients. However, CI could change the patients’ vestibular function,even induce symptoms like vertigo and balance impairment. Thus, it is important to study the post-CI change of vestibular function. How does vestibular function change after CI? What are the etiology, mechanisms, and infiuence factors? How can we predict the incidence of vestibular function impairment before CI? How can we prevent or manage it? These are issues worthy of studying. This paper reviewed the research progress of these issues in recent years.
