摘  要:数字三联音测试(digittriplettest,DTT)是目前国际上日趋广泛应用的、由世界卫生组织(WHO)和国际康复听力学执委会(international collegium of rehabilitative audiology, ICRA)推广的一种噪声下言语测听方法。它采用各国语言中0~9十个数字的标准发音,通过自适应方式测试噪声下语音识别的信噪比识别阈。数字三联音测试是对标准纯音测听的有效补充,提供了一种高效、简易且经济的噪声下言语感知能力快速评估方法,能够突破听力测试环境、设备和人员等限制,满足老龄化社会条件下对听力损失早发现、早干预的需求,从而减少因听力减退不予干预导致的国家额外医疗支出。本文着重介绍世界其它语言版本DTT的技术参数规范和临床应用现状,以期为创建和普及中文版DTT提供参考。The digit triplet test(DTT) is advocated by the World Health Organization(WHO) and the International Collegium of Rehabilitative Audiology(ICRA) as a practical speech in noise recognition test method worldwide. DTT uses the standard pronunciation of 0-9 ten audio digits with various signal-to-noise ratio to examine individuals’ speech recognition capability in noise in an adaptive procedure. It is an effective supplement to the standard pure tone testing and provides an efficient, simple and economical rapid assessment method of speech recognition ability in noise, which can break through the limitations of hearing test environment, equipment, personnel, etc. It meets the need for early detection and early intervention of hearing loss in an aging society, thereby reducing additional national medical expenditures due to untreated hearing loss. This article aims to introduce the standardization and clinical application of the digital triplet test(DTT) in other languages and shed light on developing the Chinese version of DTT.
