摘　　要：介绍了线上线下相结合培训模式的运作流程和分类,分析了线上线下相结合培训模式的优势。结合具体案例说明了线上线下相结合培训模式在短期培训班中的应用过程及实施效果,为提升特色培训品牌建设能力和实现培训工作数字化转型奠定基础。In this paper,the operation process and classification of the online and offline training modes are introduced,and the advantages of the online and offline training mode are analyzed.Combined with a specific case,the application process and implementation effects of online and offline training mode in short-term training classes are illustrated,which lays a foundation for improving the ability to establish characteristic training band and realizing the digital transformation of training.
