摘　　要：通过基于产品化的型号产品组批投产流程再设计,找到产品生产管理与型号生产管理的契合点,探索出适合产品化管理的备货型生产管理模式,并建立以用户需求为牵引的拉动式生产管理方式,运用信息化手段,合理应用产品化红利,使产品生产与型号生产协调有序运行,在满足型号配套需求的同时,降低型号研制成本。This paper aims at redesigning the batch production process of productized model product.By using this,it finds the integration point of the product production management and the model production management,explores out a suitable productized management of the stocking up production management mode,and establishes a pull production management mode with user demand as the traction.By means of the information technology,rational application of the productized bonus,it makes the product production and the model production operate coordinated and orderly,also reduces model development costs as well as meeting the demand of model matching.
