摘  要:针对湿法电解铜电解槽电压和温度存在的问题,结合国内电解行业的发展趋势和成功经验,研发一套针对电解铜过程中电解槽电压和温度巡回检测的自动化监测系统。该系统由64个单元槽监测装置和2个网关组成,单元槽监测装置把采集到的电压和温度等数据通过ARM处理器处理后经RS-485总线传输给主机实时处理和显示。针对强电磁干扰环境,系统采用DC/DC电源隔离、数字滤波、TVS及自恢复保险技术,能够有效抑制突波干扰,提高了系统运行的安全性和稳定性。Aiming at the problems existing in the voltage and temperature of electrolytic cell of wet electrolytic copper,combining the development trend and successful experiences of domestic electrolytic industry,an automatic monitoring system for the circuit detection of voltage and temperature of electrolytic cell in the process of electrolytic copper was developed.The system is composed of 64 unit cell monitoring devices and 2 gateways.The unit cell monitoring device processes the collected voltage and temperature data through the ARM processor,and then transmits them to the host for real-time processing and display through the RS-485 bus.For the strong electromagnetic interference environment,the system adopts DC/DCpower isolation,digital filtering,TVS and selfrecovery insurance technology,which can effectively inhibit the surge interference and improve the security and stability of the system operations.
