成都与丽水农村金融改革实践与成效的比较分析

摘　　要：四川省成都市和浙江省丽水市都是国务院确定的农村金融综合改革试点市,两市的改革成果均获得社会各界良好的评价。比较两市改革的共同点、各自特色以及不足之处,对我国其他地区农村金融改革具有重要意义。因此,本文对成都和丽水农村经济条件现状、农村金融改革实践以及成效的共同点和差异进行了分析和归纳,总结了改革中存在的问题,同时借鉴发达国家农村金融发展的经验,提出了可供两市深化改革和其他地区农村金融改革参考的政策性启示。Chengdu City in Sichuan Province and Lishui City in Zhejiang Province are both pilot cities for com⁃prehensive rural financial reforms determined by the State Council.The reform results of the two cities have been well-reviewed by all sectors of society.Comparing the common points,respective characteristics and shortcomings of the reforms of the two cities is of great significance to rural financial reforms in other regions of China.Therefore,this article analyzes and summarizes the common points and differences between the current situation of rural eco⁃nomic conditions in Chengdu and Lishui,the practice and effectiveness of rural financial reforms,summarizes the problems existing in the reforms,draws on the experience of rural financial development in developed countries,and proposes policy enlightenment for the deepening reform of the two cities and the rural financial reform in other re⁃gions.
