摘  要:目前酒类市场中的假冒现象比较严重,同时,中国又有着非常深厚的酒文化底蕴,除了酒类的真伪以外,其实消费者还希望了解到更多的酒的信息。目前,制酒行业虽然也有多种防伪方式,比如防伪码等多种方式,但缺少一套完整的追根溯源方法和机制,来确保酒类产品在质量溯源、物流仓储、市场控制、产品打假等各个环节的可控性。这也是包括广大的消费者、生产者、销售商和政府部门都非常关心的问题,因此,寻求一种较为完善、多元化的信息识别机制至关重要,由RFID射频识别技术演化来的NFC进场高频识别技术,结合智能手机无线通信功能较为理想地解决了这一问题。At present,the phenomenon of counterfeiting in the liquor market is relatively serious.At the same time,China has a very deep wine culture.In addition to the authenticity of liquor,consumers also want to know more about wine.At present,although there are many anti-counterfeiting methods in the wine industry,such as anti-counterfeiting codes,there is a lack of a complete traceability method and mechanism to ensure the controllability of liquor products in quality traceability,logistics storage,market control,product anti-counterfeiting and other links.This is also a matter of great concern to consumers,producers,sellers and government departments.Therefore,it is very important to seek a more perfect and diversified information identification mechanism.The NFC approach high frequency identification technology evolved from RFID technology and combined with the wireless communication function of smart phones can solve this problem.
