泉州市制造业高质量发展路径研究

摘　　要：制造业是现代化经济体系的重要支柱。“十三五”以来,泉州市加快制造业转型升级,大大提高了制造业整体水平。但泉州市制造业发展的质量和效益仍然不高,面临制造业低成本优势边际递减和新竞争优势尚未形成的困境,存在自主创新能力薄弱、高端要素集聚不足、金融支撑欠缺、绿色制造待发力等问题,加快制造业高质量发展对泉州市建设制造业强市尤为重要。文章在深入调研泉州市相关产业的基础上,从产业链强链补链、企业培优、人才引进培养、创新平台搭建、绿色制造、金融驱动等多方面探索制造业高质量发展的路径。Manufacturing Industry is the mainstay in the modern economic system.Since the 13th Five-Year Plan,Quanzhou fastened the transformation and upgrade of manufacturing industry,and enhanced the overall level.However,facing the problem of the decreasing margin cost,the lack of new competitive advantage,the weakness of self-innovative capacity,the shortage of advanced element,the deficiency in financial support and green manufactory,thus,it is significantly important of speed up the high-quality development of manufacturing industry as the city taking advantage in this area.This paper is to discover the pathway of high-quality development of manufacturing industry,from different dimension in terms of the industry chain,the elite-oriented selection of enterprise,talent introduction,the establishment of the platform in innovation,green manufactory,the drive of finance development and so on.
