摘 要:以2-氨基偶氮甲苯为原料,催化加氢合成2,5-二氨基甲苯。考察了催化剂类型、原料浓度、催化剂用量、反应温度和反应压力等对反应的影响。结果表明,介孔碳负载钯催化剂Pd/MC具有高活性和稳定性。经单因素实验考察,确定优化工艺条件为:采用甲醇-水(体积比3∶7)溶液作为溶剂,原料浓度为100~200 g/L,催化剂的添加量为原料的0.25%(质量分数),反应温度80℃,反应压力2.0 MPa,溶液初始pH值为8,反应时间3~4 h。在此条件下,2-氨基偶氮甲苯转化率接近100%,2,5-二氨基甲苯收率大于98%,催化剂可重复使用5次以上,具有工业化应用前景。2,5-Diaminotoluene was synthesized by catalytic hydrogenation of 2-aminoazotoluene.The effects of catalyst type,raw material concentration,catalyst dosage,reaction temperature and reaction pressure on the catalytic performance were investigated.The results showed that the mesoporous carbon supported palladium catalyst(Pd/MC)exhibited high activity and stability for the reaction.The optimized reaction conditions obtained were as follows:methanol-water(volume ratio 3∶7)solution as the solvent,the concentration of 2-aminoazotoluene of 100-200 g/L,the mass ratio of Pd/MC catalyst to 2-aminoazotoluene of 0.25%(mass fraction),the reaction temperature 80℃,the reaction pressure 2.0 MPa,the initial pH of the solution 8,and the reaction time 3-4 h.Under these conditions,the 100%conversion of 2-aminoazotoluene and>98%of 2,5-diaminotoluene yield were obtained.The catalyst can be recycled for more than 5 times,which will be practically interesting in industrial application.
