摘 要:为控制长庆油田CO2气窜,向冻胶泡沫中引入硫脲结构来增强耐酸性能。优选出冻胶泡沫调驱体系的配方为7500 mg/L FS924聚合物+2000 mg/L酚醛交联剂+0.3%F29发泡剂+0.05%Q4稳泡剂冻胶泡沫,评价冻胶泡沫性能和提出防气窜机理。物理模拟实验表明冻胶泡沫体系能有效地防气窜,效果优于普通泡沫;双管并联岩心驱替实验表明:冻胶泡沫能有效地防止气窜,能够启动低渗岩心,可以提高采收率44%。In order to control CO2 gas channeling in Changqing Oilfield,thiourea structure was introduced into gel foam to enhance acid resistance.The formulation of the gel foam flooding system is optimized.The formulation is 7500 mg/LFS924 polymer+2000 mg/L phenolic crosslinking agent+0.3%F29 foaming agent+0.05%Q4 foam stabilizer froth foam,and the performance of the gel foam is evaluated and the gas channeling prevention mechanism is proposed.Physical simulation experiments show that the gel foam system can effectively prevent gas channeling,and the effect is better than that of ordinary foam.Double pipe parallel core displacement experiment shows that gel foam can effectively prevent gas channeling,and can initiate low permeability core,which can improve oil recovery by 44%.
