摘　　要：目的探讨信息技术用于抗感染药物管理的效果,规范医院临床抗感染药物的使用。方法采用信息技术对抗感染药物的使用流程进行质控管理,对全院抗感染药物的应用情况进行统计与分析,药师依托信息系统对医师处方进行点评与审核。结果与结论信息技术用于医院抗感染药物管理后,抗感染药物的使用更趋规范,各项关键指标明显改善,其使用率及药品不良反应发生率等均明显降低,消除了因不合理用药所带来的耐药性和副作用,节约了医疗成本,优化了医院抗感染药物的管理流程。信息技术有效地推进了抗感染药物在临床的合理应用,提高了医院抗感染药物的管理水平和医疗质量,使抗感染药物的应用更加合理化、规范化和科学化。Objective To explore the effects of information technology in the management of anti-infective drugs and standardize the use of anti-infective drugs in hospitals.Methods Information technology was applied for the quality control management of anti-infective drugs;statistics and analysis of the application of anti-infective drugs in the whole hospital were conducted,and prescriptions by doctors were reviewed and evaluated by pharmacists relying on the information system.Results and Conclusion After the application of information technology for the management of anti-infective drugs in the hospital,the use of anti-infective drugs has become more standardized,various key indicators have been significantly improved,and the use rate and the incidence of adverse drug reactions have been significantly reduced.The drug resistance and side effects caused by irrational use of drugs were eliminated,medical costs were saved,and the management process of anti-infective drugs in the hospital was optimized.Information technology has effectively promoted the reasonable clinical application of anti-infective drugs,improved the management level and medical quality of anti-infective drugs in the hospital,and made the application of anti-infective drugs more rational,standardized and scientific.
