眼科医院门诊3种人工泪液联用处方调查与分析

摘　　要：目的为临床使用人工泪液治疗干眼症提供合理化建议,规范干眼症治疗药物的合理使用。方法选取2018年深圳市眼科医院门诊诊断为双眼干眼症并联用3种人工泪液的处方1071张,统计出3种人工泪液联用的处方数并排序,对处方医师的分布进行分析。随机挑选100例患者进行电话随访。结果3种人工泪液联用主要集中于个别医师;许多患者用完所开药品后主观感觉病情并未好转,也有患者尚未用完药品就自觉症状已消失。结论门诊3种人工泪液联用治疗干眼症的现象不完全合理,应加强管理,规范干眼症治疗药物的合理使用。Objective To provide reasonable suggestions for the clinical use of artificial tears eye drops for dry eye syndrome,and to standardize the rational use of drugs for dry eye syndrome.Methods A total of 1071 prescriptions for three kinds of artificial tears eye drops combined with the diagnosis of binocular dry eye in Shenzhen Eye Hospital in 2018 were selected,and the number of prescriptions for the three kinds of artificial tears combined was counted and ranked,and the distribution of prescribing physicians was analyzed.One hundred patients were randomly selected for telephone follow-up.Results The prescriptions of combining three kinds of artificial tears eye drops were mainly from some individual physicians;many patients felt that their symptoms did not improved after using the prescribed drugs,while some patients felt that their symptoms disappeared before they run out of medicine.Conclusion The combination of three kinds of artificial tears eye drops for dry eye syndrome in outpatient department is not completely reasonable,and management should be strengthened to standardize the rational use of these drugs.
